Delivery Policies
In order to keep our business running smoothly, we have a few policies regarding our deliveries.
Deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Delivery Times: Depending on the distance we need to travel and the number of deliveries we have, drop-offs will normally start as early as 4 pm (see addons page for early options).
Delivery/setup Charges:(minimum $60)
Full cost of delivery/setup will change depending on where you are camping and what hookups your site will have. See addons page for full list of options.
Pickup Times: Different campgrounds will have different policies about when campers need to be checked out by. No matter what that time may be, the latest we will normally arrive to pick up a camper is 12 pm (see addons page for late options).
If you'd like to leave before your checkout time, just let us know and we will arrange a pickup time with you.
